When you request a quote, we save the contact and project details you provide so Luke at Certified Sales and Service can respond. Please do not include sensitive or patient information.

Website activity

We collect basic first-party activity: page views, clicks on phone and email links, and the traffic source or campaign associated with a visit or inquiry. A random ID in your browser’s session storage helps estimate visits. It resets after 30 minutes of inactivity. This analytics system does not store your IP address, use advertising cookies, or send activity to an external analytics provider.

We store only a referring website’s hostname, not its full URL. Campaign tags on links may also identify a source. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences by disabling this activity tracking. Quote forms continue to work with tracking disabled.

The form uses a hashed fingerprint to limit repeated submissions. The hosting provider may also process technical logs to operate and protect the website.

Project follow-up

Luke may record a conversation, project stage, or follow-up notes in the private project tracker when you contact him by phone, email, referral, or this website. These records are available only to the site owner and help manage your flooring request.

The owner can exclude this browser from future activity counts with a preference stored in local storage. This does not disable inquiry forms.
